  3. DBPAS is a turbo pascal unit to access dbase files and manipulate then
  4. from within turbo pascal.  It gives you many unique abilities to create
  5. and view the fields quite easily.  I apologize for the lack of 
  6. documentation for the units but this is by no means a finished product.
  7. I figured I would release it into the world to solicit comments on the
  8. utilities. Use the program files freely. All I ask is that you provide
  9. feedback to me on important utilities to add or maybe some easier
  10. ways of accomplishing task that I may have overlooked. If you do use
  11. the program to make money yourself I would require you to license
  12. it from me for $25.00. This fee would give you unlimited use of my
  13. procedures in your program. But dont worry if you just write programs
  14. for yourself or a non profit reason use them without charge and enjoy.

  17. donation of $5.00. This will enable me to continue writing and 
  18. releasing software to the world at large.
